How are shipping charges calculated?
For all orders totaling less than $175, we charge a $5 Flat Rate shipping cost. All orders totaling $175 or more enjoy free shipping on us!* (Please note, this offer is valid only in the Continental US).

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of being placed. For domestic orders, we ship USPS Priority Mail from New York City, so orders will take 1-3 days to arrive once shipped from our headquarters, depending on location.

Can I return my purchase if I am unhappy with it?
We want you to love your new items! However, if you do not, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. Please see our "Returns & Exchanges" page for more info! Note: sale items are FINAL SALE.

Do you ship internationally?
At the moment we do not ship internationally through this site. However, if you are abroad and would like to place an order please send us an email to [email protected] and we can customize an international shipping charge for you.

Can I return items purchased online on the truck?
Yes! You may return any items purchased online at our truck in New York City within 14 days of purchase. Original receipt is required. Sale items may not be returned at all.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Yes. Nomad charges sales tax for all items purchased on our website based on the applicable sales tax rate at the location to which the order in being shipped. Sales tax will be automatically calculated at checkout.
