Jessie Goldenberg has always had a knack for adventure, so when she decided to open her own gypsy-inspired boutique, she knew a typical storefront wouldn’t fly. That’s why she started NOMAD, the 120- square-foot hippie-meets-rock truck, packed with a variety of New York and Los Angeles labels. This week, when it looked like the deep freeze would never end, fashion boutique owner Jessie Goldenberg made a brilliant move: She drove her entire business to Tampa. Jessie Goldenberg, founder of Nomad, says she learned that huge risks are sometimes worth taking. Goldenberg graduated from NYU's prestigious film program in 2010 and got a job working at CBS. It seemed as if her career path was set, but she considered the dream she had of opening her own fashion boutique.
